PVC Roof Systems for Commercial Buildings in Georgia
PVC roofing is the single-ply choice when a roof has to stand up to more than weather. It resists grease, many chemicals and fire, and its heat-welded seams make it one of the most watertight low-slope systems available.

What is PVC?
PVC (polyvinyl chloride) is a reinforced single-ply membrane, usually white, installed mechanically attached or fully adhered. Like TPO, its seams are hot-air welded into a continuous surface.
We install PVC alongside TPO and EPDM, and recommend it where grease, chemicals or fire ratings make it the better long-term choice.
A good fit for
- Restaurants and food service
- Labs, hospitals and light industrial
- Roofs with rooftop exhaust or chemical exposure
- Owners who want a reflective, long-lasting membrane
Why PVC
Advantages of pvc roofing
Grease and chemical resistant
A strong fit for restaurants with rooftop exhaust and for buildings with chemical exposure.
Welded seams

White PVC reflects sunlight and helps reduce cooling loads.
Fire resistant
PVC membranes are inherently fire resistant, which helps meet code and insurance requirements.
FAQ
PVC Roofing questions
How long does a PVC roof last?
Typically 15 to 30 years, depending on membrane thickness, installation and maintenance.
Why choose PVC over TPO?
PVC’s resistance to grease and many chemicals makes it the safer choice for restaurants and buildings with rooftop exhaust. For roofs without that exposure, TPO is often the more economical option.
