Roof Replacement in Gwinnett County & North Atlanta
When repairs stop making sense, a new roof protects everything under it. We handle the full replacement: tear-off, decking check, underlayment, shingles, flashing, ventilation and cleanup. When storm damage is the cause, we document it with photos and give you a written estimate you can share with your insurer.

What's included
How we handle roof replacement

Complete tear-off
We remove the old roof down to the decking so we can see and replace any soft or rotted wood instead of covering it up.
A full system, not just shingles
Underlayment, drip edge, flashing, ridge vents and pipe boots are replaced together so every part of the roof ages at the same rate.
Color samples at your door
We bring physical shingle samples so you can pick the color that actually matches your home in daylight.
Clean jobsite
Magnetic nail sweeps of the driveway, lawn and beds before we leave.

FAQ
Roof Replacement questions
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most homes are completed in one to two days once materials are delivered. Weather and roof size can extend that; we will give you a schedule before work starts.
Will my insurance pay for a new roof?
If the roof has storm damage your policy covers, such as hail or wind, insurance may pay for the replacement minus your deductible. You file the claim with your insurer. We inspect, photograph the damage and give you a written estimate, and we can explain that estimate to you and your insurer. Georgia law does not allow roofers to negotiate a claim for you.
How much does a new roof cost in the Atlanta area?
Angi’s Atlanta data (July 2026) puts a typical replacement between about $5,200 and $10,400, with larger roofs, steep pitches and premium materials costing more. See our 2026 cost guide, or get a free written estimate for your home.
Do I need to be home during the job?
No. We just need access to the exterior and an outlet. Many homeowners prefer to be around for the final walk-through.
