Modified Bitumen Roofing
Modified bitumen is asphalt reinforced with polymers (APP or SBS) and fabric, installed in two or more plies. Torch-down systems are heat-applied with a torch; self-adhered and cold-applied versions avoid open flame where needed. The result is a thick, redundant membrane that resists punctures.
About modified bitumen roofingStanding Seam Metal Roofing
Standing seam panels run from ridge to eave with raised, interlocking seams. Fasteners are concealed under the seams, so there are no exposed screw heads to leak. Panels expand and contract on clips as temperatures change.
